We ship to residential and commercial addresses in the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.

No, we do not require electronic signature for delivery.

While our packaging is specially designed to withstand small parcel shipping, mistakes do happen from time to time. Simply email support@betterbevel.com with a picture of the damage and we’ll send a replacement free of charge.

We accept returns for 30 days after delivery on items ordered from our website. To initiate a return, please fill out the form on our returns page. Once we receive your mirror, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. To ensure a damage-free return, we ask that you send the mirror back in its original packaging.

If your mirror is not what you expected due to manufacturer defect, we will provide a no-charge prepaid return label. For returns that are outside of our control, we will provide a prepaid return label and may deduct the return shipping charge from your refund. We ask that all customers measure their spaces and review our Size Guide prior to placing an order.

For over six decades, we are proud to design, assemble, and package all products in our Grand Rapids, Michigan workshop. Most materials are sourced domestically too.

We’re currently not able to offer custom sizes or styles unless you’re working on a large-scale project. If that’s the case, please connect with us via our Trades Program.

Our mirrors are designed to install in 10 minutes or less using common tools. We provide an installation guide with every item to walk you through the simple steps. If you get stuck, we’re here to help.

We recommend two people for safe installation, though it is usually doable by a single person. Keep in mind that because we use thicker glass for a distortion-free reflection, our mirrors tend to be heavy (10-25 pounds is typical).

You’ll need a pencil, tape measure, level, screwdriver, and drill to position and install the mirror. No glue, hanging wire, or mirror clips required.

Yes, we provide the option to hang products either vertically or horizontally whenever applicable.

No, the hanging system is permanently adhered to the back of the mirror and should not be removed.

In most cases, we are able to ship your order without the hanging system. Please email us at support@betterbevel.com to confirm prior to placing your order.

Our Ultra-Flush™ Hanging System ensures a snug fit to your wall. You can expect your mirror to hang approximately an 1/8” off the wall.
