We offer free standard shipping (1-5 business days) on all orders.
Our products are delivered directly to your door via FedEx or UPS in specially designed packaging to ensure safe transits.
Most orders are processed within 1 business day and ship from our workshop in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Transit times are 1-4 days depending on where you live.
We ship to residential and commercial addresses in the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.
Yes, you’ll receive an email with the UPS or FedEx tracking information once your mirror ships.
Please contact support@betterbevel.com or call 616-698-6370 immediately. We’ll do our best to change the shipping address before your order ships; however, we’re unable to make changes after shipping.
We’re not currently set up for expediting but plan to make it available in the future.
We’re not currently able to do multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each address.

If you are a contractor that placed an order for 20+ mirrors, we’ll likely ship your order palletized via common carrier. If that is the case, we’ll let you know right away. Construction site delivery and liftgate service are available.
At Better Bevel, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our products. We’re confident you’ll love your new mirror, but if you have any trouble, we make returns as simple as possible.
We accept returns for 30 days after delivery on items ordered from our website. To initiate a return, please fill out the form below. Once we receive your mirror, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. To ensure a damage-free return, we ask that you send the mirror back in its original packaging.
If your mirror is not what you expected due to manufacturer defect, we will provide a no-charge prepaid return label. For returns that are outside of our control, we will provide a prepaid return label and may deduct the return shipping charge from your refund. We ask that customers measure their space and review our Size Guide prior to placing an order.
If your mirror arrives in less than perfect condition, please email us at support@betterbevel.com with a picture of the damage. Once confirmed, we will ship a replacement item within 1 business day. You won’t need to send the damaged mirror back.
